Optional parameters Cog thickness

This is the thickness of the inner circle, it fills in all teeth. Making this equal to the inner circle value gives you a solid cog.

Colour

By mixing Red, Green and Blue you can get any colour you need.

Spokes

Rather than being only solid or hollow, this adds a variable number of spokes to the cog. Minimum of two.

Transparency seems a problem, as the background image is required for alphaing. Pondering giving the ability to choose background colour instead.

Now makes an image 4x the required size, then shrinks it by four to perform some image smoothing.
